HopkinsLocal was launched in 2015 to support economic growth, employment, and investment in Baltimore. Since then, HopkinsLocal has developed four key focus areas of work:

  • Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses

    10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB)


    Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses helps entrepreneurs by providing access to education, capital, and business support.

    Since 2017, this Baltimore program—founded by Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg Philanthropies—has empowered local small business owners with the help of institutions like Johns Hopkins, Morgan State, and CCBC.
