Joseph Starchia Senior Program Manager, Economic Inclusion and Impact

Joseph joined us in mid-June as our new Senior Economic Initiatives Program Manager for HopkinsLocal. He comes to us from JHU Human Resources, where he became very well acquainted with our work and the HopkinsLocal HIRE pillar. Prior to Hopkins, he worked in talent acquisition, further developing DEI strategies and training for large retailers. He brings a wealth of workforce development knowledge, as well as policy and diversity and inclusion expertise.

Joseph is a doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania.
