Justin Lane Associate Director Baltimore City Government and Community

Justin advocates on behalf of Johns Hopkins University & Medicine in Baltimore City. His portfolio includes legislation, community development, and economic development.

Prior to joining the Office of Government & Community Affairs, Justin worked in local government for nine years at the Baltimore City Council and the Baltimore Development Corporation. At the City Council, he drafted legislation and provided constituent services. At BDC, he focused on developing Baltimore’s Life Sciences and Biotechnology sector.

Education

Justin received bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and History, and a master’s degree in Public Policy, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
