Lindsay Hebert Senior Director, Community Affairs and Engagement

Lindsay is the Senior Director for Community Affairs and Engagement. She and her team lead efforts in Baltimore City to develop the communities’ economic presence, strengthen community relations with the institutions, and build community services for and with the surrounding neighborhoods. Prior to joining Hopkins, Dr. Hebert spent two years at a fast-paced tech startup, working as senior director for community-based organization (CBO) payments strategy at Unite Us. She was responsible for designing the infrastructure and processes to facilitate payments to CBOs for the referrals they received in the Unite Us software platform.

Lindsay received her Bachelors degree from the University of Florida, as well as her Masters and Doctorate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
